Through this website, we market and distribute our 04 product lines: wallets, accessories, corporate and decorative items MANTA®.
The particular characteristics of our designs will be specifically informed in the description of each one.
All the products that we market in our online store such as photographs, designs, articles, pages, images, product descriptions, etc., are subject to copyright and intellectual property, of the MANTA® is the sole owner. In no case will these rights be transmitted or assigned without our prior, explicit and written consent.
Specifically, the contents of this website may not be reproduced, reinterpreted, disseminated, sold, distributed or used for commercial purposes or not. If in doubt, we can ask and we will be happy to talk with you.

- PRICE AND TAXES
They are those marked in each case, expressed in soles (S /.) Or dollars (US $), and include the current VAT in Peru, which is currently 18%.
Shipping costs are not included and are detailed in section 7.
For the issuance of the corresponding invoice, we will be grateful if you provide us with your tax details to our contact email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to send it.
From the request of your order until it is delivered to the courier company, it can take between 2-5 business days. If any of the products is not in stock, we will notify you.
Payment of the products will be made at the moment through the shopping cart on our website and can be done through the secure payment platforms Pay U or credit to our bank account.
If you want us to include the invoice, you only have to detail it in the same section when formalizing your order.
FOREIGN: If there is any additional cost in the shipment, whether for customs or similar procedures, it will be at the customer’s expense. Within the current situation, shipments abroad are suspended until further notice.
NATIONAL: At the moment we only serve requests from some of the districts of Metropolitan Lima such as San Borja, San Isidro, Surco (including Casuarinas), Miraflores, Lince, La Molina, Pueblo Libre and Magdalena.

When you place your order, we would appreciate if you double check your shipping details. If there is an error in the address and the delivery cannot be made, you must bear the costs of the new shipment. Please be attentive to the telephone number provided, for prior arrangements and at the time of delivery, because if there is no one to pick up the package, it will be returned to our offices and new arrangements will be initiated.
At MANTA® each order is very special to us and the products are protected so that they arrive in perfect condition, as well as wrapped in a cute and practical ecological craft paper bag, complying with our strictest safety and health protocols.

- CHANGES, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If not, we offer you the opportunity to make an exchange or refund, following the following guidelines:
Deadline: 07 calendar days from delivery.
The shipping costs, provided they are not by mistake or defective merchandise, will be borne by the customer.
When we verify that the product you want to return is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or return.
In case of return, the price of the product will be paid by the same way in which it was paid and within five business days after it arrives at our studio.
Personalized or bespoke items and those that are on sale, offer or ‘Sale’ cannot be exchanged or returned. In addition, it is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which we send them. Otherwise (in case we receive the dirty, damaged, used product) no change or refund of the product will be made, the only possible solution being a new shipment of the same merchandise to the customer at his expense.
IMPORTANT: If you want to change one of our products, it can be done for the same amount as the previous one. If the product for which you want to exchange it has a higher price then you must pay the difference.
To manage the order and its shipment, we must ask for your name, postal address, references to arrive, email and contact telephone number. The information will only be used for this purpose, that is, the management of your order.
